When you submit a collaboration enquiry, we collect your name, email address, enquiry category, message and acknowledgement of this notice. Our hosting provider may also log technical information necessary for site security and delivery.

How your information is handled
Website forms are intended to be processed by Netlify Forms when hosted on Netlify. The service provider may handle data outside Malaysia. HATIPEOPLE should confirm the relevant processing arrangements before activating the forms. We do not intend to publish form responses or disclose them as case studies.
How long we keep it
We intend to retain personal information only while reasonably needed for your chosen updates, enquiry or related legal and operational obligations, and to delete it when no longer necessary. A documented retention period will be confirmed before launch.
Your choices
You can withdraw marketing consent or request to review or correct information you submitted by using the contact form. A direct privacy contact address should be added once the HATIPEOPLE mailbox is configured.
